Arrival

Villa Alpin is located at an elevation of 1,780 m only a few minutes from the summit station right near the Neuhütten ski lift between the Zirbenstadl and the Kaltenbach ski hut.

Arrival in Winter

At this altitude, the vacation apartments are reachable only by cable car in the Hochzillertal ski region. Please be sure to pay attention to the operation hours of the lift upon your arrival. From December to the end of April, you must be at the valley station in Kaltenbach by no later than 3:00 pm. The last ride up on the gondola is at 3:30 pm.

You can park your car for free in the parking garage at the lift's valley station. For a fee of ca. € 40.00, your luggage will be transported up to the summit station and back down. Once you have arrived at the summit station, your luggage will be brought directly to the apartment by Ski-Doo. This transportation fee is already included in the price.

Our vacation house is then reached by a ca. 10 min. leisurely walk over a snow-covered slope.

Arrival in Summer

In summer, you can reach the apartments anytime from May to the beginning of November via the Zillertaler Höhenstraße toll road. You can reach your accommodations by car in 20 to 25 min.
